POLYURETHANE PAINT

Urochem 606 is a highly durable twin pack aliphatic polyurethane coating with excellent gloss retention and UV resistance. It exhibits good resistance to a wide range of chemicals, water, oils, aliphatic solvents, and organic acids. The cured material is non-toxic with excellent flexibility and toughness. It is available in clear and pigmented coatings, in either a high gloss or sheen finishes.

• The product is mixed in the supplied ratio with a low-speed mixer fitted with a flat paddle until homogeneous. The product is then poured into paint trays and applied by enamel roller or brush.
• This product should only be applied by professionals.

• Contains organic solvents.
• Flammable.
• Do not use in confined spaces. Ensure adequate ventilation and the absence of any ignition source. Contact with the skin should be avoided by wearing gloves, eye protection and protective clothing. In case of eye contact wash well and obtain medical advice. Use only in well ventilated areas.

 Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with Urochem 901 as the cured material is very difficult to remove.

All surfaces to be clean, sound, and dry, free of loose material, laitance, and oil. Overcoat as required to achieve a smooth finish, minimum 2 coats. Drums must be kept sealed until immediately prior to use to prevent moisture ingress.

Urochem 606 may be used as a coating on floors, walls, tanks, and any application requiring a tough durable colourfast finish. Typically used at hospitals, car dealerships, food processing plants, workshops etc.
