We are a Chemical Constructions systems manufacturer for the construction industry. We specialize in Hybrid polyurethane & Polyether technology whereby we manufacture single- and two-part expansion joint sealants for high and low movement joints. We include potable water sealants in our range. Our further segments include chemical-resistant floor coatings, epoxies, and repair mediums.

Urochem Trading was established in 1986 and has gone from strength to strength and today boasts a collective experience of more than 150 years. Our core business and objective are to constantly supply high-quality single-pack expansion joint sealants, two-part sealants, floor coatings, and epoxies to the construction industry. Over the past years, our improved products, our recently commissioned automated packing machinery, and our upgraded production facility, as well as an outstanding quality control system and improved laboratory, ensure we can consistently supply our customers with high-quality products. We also provide in-depth technical advice, ensuring our customers have peace of mind that they are using the best product for their unique project requirements.

Urochem strives to be the local leader in single-pack expansion joint sealants and have recently developed low modulus, high performance sealants for roads, bridges and hardstands in both vertical and self-levelling grades with exceptional elongation, which complements our 15 Shore A and 25 Shore A single-pack sealant with improved UV stability and freezing point range. We further supply paintable sealants, road sealants with jet blast resistance, and high tack sealants. We also offer a white, non-yellowing sealant for external use, and our claim to fame is that we can supply any color sealant to our customers’ specific requirements. This tailor-made service is unique to our company.
