Urochem 304 Resin

TWO-PART, LOW VISCOSITY EPOXY RESIN

DESCRIPTION

Urochem 340 Resin is a two-part, low viscosity epoxy resin.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Concrete surfaces should be clean sound and dry, free from laitance, paint, oil, grease, shutter oil and any residual curing compounds.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Urochem 340 Resin should only be used by professionals.

Binder for self-leveling mortars. Can be used on low to medium absorbent substrates.

MIXING

Do not split kits. Mix with a slow speed drill fitted with a flat paddle. Add the contents of the activator to the base component in a suitable mixing vessel, ensuring complete transfer of both resin components. Mix for one minute before using as required.

ADVANTAGES
  • Low viscosity
  • Excellent bond strength.
  • Excellent penetrating properties.
  • Easy to apply.
  • High tensile, flexural, and compressive strength.
  • Excellent adhesion to steel and concrete.
