NON STAINING SILANE BASED PRIMER

Urochem 102 is a one part chemically active silane primer for non-porous substrates. It is clear and non-staining and is specifically formulated to improve the adhesion of Urochem polyurethane and epoxy compounds onto glass, ceramics, sound masonry and brick surfaces.

• Agitate thoroughly with flat paddle before use.
• Transfer a portion of Urochem 102 into a clean container.
• Apply a thin coat by brush and allow to dry for at least ten minutes before application of the topcoat.
• Tightly seal the container to prevent gelling.
• If not overcoated within three hours, reprime.

Urochem 102 is non-staining and any excess material applied is usually not noticeable

Its main application is as a prime coat for Urochem polyurethane sealants when used on non-porous substrates.

It is not recommended for use in water retaining structures, or in applications where continuous dampness is anticipated or where the substrate is either porous or friable.

Clean brushes after use with Urochem 901. Once cured the primer may only be removed mechanically.

Ensure all surfaces to be primed are clean, sound, and dry. Laitance or surface contamination should be removed by thorough wire brushing, surface grinding or grit blasting. Vacuum or blow with compressed air to ensure thorough removal of dust before application of primer.

Contains organic solvents which are flammable. Do not use in confined spaces. Ensure adequate ventilation and the absence of any ignition source. Wear protective clothing. In case of eye contact wash well with water and obtain medical advice.
