WATER BASED EPOXY COATING/PRIMER

Urochem 307 is a water-based epoxy coating specifically formulated to seal and adhere to damp substrates.

• Add the activator to the base and mix thoroughly using a slow speed electric drill equipped with a suitable paddle,until a smooth, uniform colour is obtained.
• Apply within 40 minutes of mixing.

• Apply Urochem 307 with a brush or roller and allow to dry for at least thirty minutes.
• May be over coated within one hour, apply additional coats as required.

• Urochem 307 is a protective, decorative and oil resistant floor and wall coating for cementitious and masonry surfaces.
• It can be used as a top-coat and/or shut-out coat on bituminous substrates.
• It finds its main application as a coating where there is residual moisture in the substrate. It is not recommended for use in water retaining structures or in applications where continuous dampness is anticipated.
• It is not suitable for application to wet substrates.

Ensure all surfaces are clean and sound. Remove all laitance and loose material, and ensure there is no contamination from oils, grease, curing compounds etc. Patch all omegas and other defects with a suitable filler. Remove all standing water and ensure that there is no rising water. Urochem 307 may be applied to damp but not wet surfaces.

Contains organic solvents which are flammable. Do not use in confined spaces. Ensure adequate ventilation and the absence of any ignition source. Wear protective clothing. In case of eye contact wash well with water and obtain medical advice.

Clean brushes after use with Urochem 901. Once the coating has cured, it can only be removed mechanically.
