ALIPHATIC PU PRIMER

Urochem 105 is a one-part moisture cured, clear, aliphatic polyurethane primer for use as supplied. It is clear, non-yellowing and is specifically formulated to improve the adhesion of polyurethane and poxy compounds onto ceramics, masonry, natural stone, and brick substrates.

• Agitate thoroughly with flat paddle before use.
• Transfer a portion of Urochem 105 into a clean container.
• Tightly seal the original container to prevent the contents gelling.
• Apply a thin coat of primer by brush and allow the solvent to evaporate before applying coating or sealant. Once the primer loses its tackiness re-prime.

 As a primer coat under Urochem epoxy and polyurethane compounds, when used in paving, curtain walls, expansion joints in tiled areas, and between pre-cast units.

 Clean brushes after use with Urochem 901. Once cured the primer may only be removed mechanically.

 The correct preparation of the surfaces is critical. All surfaces should be clean, sound, and dry, and all laitance or surface contamination should be removed by wire brushing, grinding or grit blasting. Vacuum or blow with compressed air to ensure total removal of dust.

Contains organic solvents which are flammable. Do not use in confined spaces. Ensure adequate ventilation and the absence of any ignition source. Wear protective clothing. In case of eye contact wash well with water and obtain medical advice.
